2005 AAU/AIHA Junior Olympics Selectees
Team Arizona 12U (Rosters TBD)

Team Arizona would like to thank all of the individuals and organizations that came together for this historical tryout process. With 40+ skaters and 7 goalies in attendance, the tryout process was a true success. The selection process was very tight. After seeing the individual and team skills displayed, selecting Team Arizona was both exciting and challenging. We would like to thank the evaluators for their time and consistancy. Valued input and representation was received from all of the participating AIHA programs. We thank the various rinks and associations that donated both time and resources to the tryouts.

Most of all we want to thank the parents and kids that participated in this historical and ground-breaking process.

Team Arizona is posted below. The 18 Player and 4 Goalie selectees will represent Arizona in the 2005 AAU Junior Olympics. This is the first time an Arizona Inline Hockey team has been selected through a state-wide collaborative effort.

The tiered team assignment will be made prior to the 2005 AAU West Coast Championships in Anaheim, CA (May 27-30).

An Information Packet for Team Arizona Selectees will be distributed over the next few days. This will include:

• Practice dates/times
• Hotel/Travel information relating New Orleans and California
