I developed the Philosophy of 3 to teach complicated tasks in a simple step by step breakdown, increasing the complication of the skill-set or strategy as the execution of the skill becomes more successful.

This method has allowed the highly skilled players to keep increasing their skill while developing players become an asset on the team.
