a)      Relay (Blue Line passing) back-hand

b)      Reverse Attacks

2)      Individual Skill

a)      Stations/Course

                                                  i.      Wingspan wide

                                                ii.      Dribbling (10 pucks)

                                              iii.      Spin and Find Puck (Left and Right)

                                              iv.      Jump the Deking boards

                                                v.      Give N Go + SOG

b)      Distance to be an effective shooter (wrist shot only)

3)      Strategy - Offensive Skill

a)      Cross Drop 30 (introduce high slot support)

b)      Cycling Offensive Corners (backhand and EW passes)

4)      Strategy - Defensive Skill

a)      Reversing behind net to Cross Drop 20

b)      Cycling Neutral / Same Boards Support

 

Classroom

LAW - Everybody has Offensive and Defensive responsibilities

  When we have the puck all 5 are on Offense

  When the other team or nobody has the puck we think defensively

 

“Touch Up” the Goalie to stop play or you may get beat in the transition

 

Theater of War – The entire land, sea, or air area that may become or is directly involved in war operations

 

Strategy - An elaborate or systematic plan of action

 

Tactics – Detailed maneuvers to achieve objectives set by strategies (both conventional and unconventional)

DOD – Armed Forces – Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Army

SEALs, Recon, Rangers, Special Ops

 

No 2 opponents will be the exact same – Different tactics must be used
